Poster Presentations

Posters will be displayed for as long as possible within various open spaces in the OU Memorial Union. Please plan to set up your poster on Wednesday, July 29, before 5pm. The poster session is scheduled for 6-8 pm that evening. Posters must be removed by the end of the day on Saturday, August 1.

We do not yet know what restrictions there will be on poster sizes. Please check back later to get the dimensions.

A well-designed poster is an effective device for communicating ideas, and we encourage all presenters to seek guidance in the preparation of their posters. There are many resources on the World Wide Web to assist preparers; one we find useful is http://www.ncsu.edu/project/posters.
