More than 3200 volumes, a large reprint collection (in file cabinets), and the OKL archives are contained in the herbarium library

The non-circulating holdings of the herbarium library are used by a variety of researchers

The Bebb Herbarium library was expanded dramatically by the incorporation of the extensive holdings of the R. John and Constance E. Taylor book collection, which was donated from 2005 to 2008

The library has an extensive collection of botanical journals
