Opportunities Volunteers -- There are several opportunities for individuals to volunteer for work in the Bebb Herbarium. It would be most useful if volunteers are able to work in the herbarium at least two hours at at time. If you are interested in volunteering at the Bebb Herbarium, please contact Ms. Amy Buthod (amybuthod@ou.edu) The following is a list of projects suitable for volunteers, but our greatest need is for specimen mounting. Label typing Specimen mounting Collections processing Library Organization Herbarium Practicum -- Undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Oklahoma may receive credit while becoming familiar with basic herbarium practices and techniques. Each hour of credit requires three hours per week in the Bebb Herbarium with a three hour maximum. Interested students should enroll in Bot 3990, sec 18: Independent Study -- Herbarium Practicum.
